Doily Progress

Well her is round 2 on the ecru size 10 one completed.
I think this doily is going to be a blast and looks sooo pretty.
I can't wait to get it finished.

Well like I said in the previous post,,,,I like this pattern so well I am doing it in two different sizes. Here is a sampling of the second one I am working on. As you can tell I have this one a little farther along. Will keep ya updated of enough are interested in watching these doilies grow as I tat them.

both r gorgeous, connie! i'm wondering how yours r not twisting n turning, unlike mine. could b the tension on my tatting i guess.

Hi Val,,,
Actually the very center rounds have just a touch of 'cupping' and then there is a couple places that are trying to twist. Not too sure what I did either. I'm a little nervous about finishing this gorgeous pattern,,,,and I'm not too good at doilies, keeping from cupping,etc. And I don't want to ruin such a BEAUTIFUL pattern.

The ecru motif is so pretty! And your tatting is PERFECT! Looking forward to seeing the finished piece.

I just went to your previous post and found the pattern to this design. It will be gorgeous when you are done. I really like the center of this piece. So I'm off to print the pattern. Thanks for showing your progress!
